In this statement, the UN Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide expressed his concern over the possible military offensive on Idlib, Syria, the last remaining rebel stronghold. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have sought refuge there and would have severe implications on the humanitarian aid situation.
