Seventh Annual General Assembly Dialogue on the Responsibility to Protect
On 8 September 2015, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) held its seventh annual informal, interactive dialogue on the Responsibility to Protect (RtoP, R2P) at United Nations headquarters in New York. The dialogue followed the release of the UN Secretary-General’s (UNSG) seventh report on RtoP, entitled “A vital and enduring commitment: implementing the responsibility to protect.”
